1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, gaming services, sportsbook and any related products and features (together, the "Services"). The website and Services are operated by us under a valid online gaming licence. By registering for an account, placing bets, making deposits, using the Services or otherwise accessing the site you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all documents expressly incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Bonus Terms, Responsible Gambling Policy, AML Policy, KYC Policy and Sports Betting Rules.

1.2 These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and us. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms you must not register an account or use the Services.

1.3 We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered account holders in advance by email or by a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.4 Where a particular feature, promotion or product has separate rules (for example, the Bonus Terms or Sports Betting Rules), those rules apply in addition to these Terms and, in the event of an inconsistency, the specific rules will apply to that feature.

1.5 If these Terms are available in more than one language, the English version prevails in the event of any discrepancy between language versions.

1.6 We act as operator of the Services and are responsible for their operation in accordance with these Terms. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean the operator of the Services; references to "you" and "your" mean the account holder or user.

1.7 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least eighteen years of age or the legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to register for an account or use the Services. By registering you confirm that you satisfy the applicable legal age requirement.

2.2 You must be legally permitted to gamble online in the jurisdiction from which you access the Services. It is your responsibility to check and comply with the laws that apply to you. We do not accept liability for your failure to comply with local laws.

2.3 Residents of restricted territories are not permitted to register or use the Services. A list of restricted territories is available on request and is published in the cashier and registration flow. Attempting to register from or conceal residence in a restricted territory may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.4 Certain games, features or payment methods may be unavailable to players located in particular jurisdictions because of provider restrictions, regulatory rules or operational reasons.

2.5 Employees, contractors, agents of our company and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold accounts or participate in promotions. We reserve the right to refuse registration to any person in these categories.

3. Registration and your account

3.1 Only one account is permitted per natural person, household, address, device and payment method. We reserve the right to close or suspend duplicate accounts and to void or recover any funds or winnings arising from multiple accounts.

3.2 When registering you must provide true, accurate, current and complete information. You agree to keep your account details up to date. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or closure and may delay processing of transactions.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect or become aware of unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Accounts are personal to the named account holder and must not be used by third parties. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, assigned or otherwise disposed of.

3.5 The account currency is selected at registration and cannot be changed after account creation unless otherwise permitted in the cashier. Currency selection affects the way balances, bets and payouts are displayed and handled.

3.6 We may implement additional security measures such as multi-factor authentication. You agree to comply with any such measures we require.

4. Verification

4.1 We may require you to provide documents or information to verify your identity, age, address, payment method ownership and source of funds at any time. Verification is mandatory prior to certain actions, including withdrawals.

4.2 Until verification has been completed to our satisfaction, you may be prevented from withdrawing funds, accessing certain Services or placing stakes beyond certain limits. Verification does not imply acceptance of any particular claim or entitlement.

4.3 You must not submit false, forged or altered documents. Providing false information or refusing to cooperate with a verification request entitles us to suspend or close your account, withhold funds and pursue recovery of any losses.

4.5 We will treat the documents and information you provide securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Verification documents will be stored only for such time as is necessary for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

5. Deposits

5.1 The payment methods available to you, together with applicable minimum and maximum deposit amounts, are shown in the cashier. Availability of methods depends on your location and account status.

5.2 Only payment methods registered in your name may be used to fund your account. Use of payment instruments belonging to third parties is prohibited and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities.

5.3 Deposited funds are held in segregated client accounts or in a manner consistent with responsible custody applicable to licensed gaming operators. Deposits are intended for play and will be used to fund bets and wagers in accordance with these Terms.

5.4 We may refuse, reverse or withhold deposits that appear suspicious, originate from prohibited sources, or are associated with fraud or money laundering. Where a deposit is reversed, we may deduct any costs we reasonably incur.

5.5 We may apply deposit limits and ask you to provide documentation supporting the source of deposited funds. Failure to comply with such requests may delay or prevent withdrawal of funds.

5.6 Any promotional credit or bonus applied to your account is subject to the Bonus Terms and applicable wagering requirements as set out in the Bonus Terms document.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and any applicable limits per transaction, day or month, are shown in the cashier and may vary by payment method and loyalty status.

6.2 Withdrawals are subject to verification and fraud checks and will be processed within a reasonable time after approval. The time taken for funds to reach your payment account will also depend on the payment provider and banking networks.

6.3 Where possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit. If that is not possible, we will offer an alternative withdrawal method in line with applicable rules and our verification procedures.

6.4 Large wins may be paid in instalments if required to comply with internal limits or risk-management policies. Instalment payments will be reasonable and communicated to you at the time of payout.

6.5 Pending withdrawals can be cancelled by you while they remain in a pending state and before they have entered the payment provider’s processing stage. Once a withdrawal has been processed to the payment provider it cannot be cancelled.

6.6 We reserve the right to withhold payment of withdrawals where we have reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, bonus abuse, identity fraud or other criminal activity, until the matter is resolved.

6.7 We will not charge for withdrawals unless a fee is clearly stated in the cashier. Payment providers may charge their own fees, which are your responsibility.

7. Fees, taxes and currencies

7.1 We do not levy charges for deposits or withdrawals except where expressly stated in the cashier. Any fee displayed in the cashier will be deducted transparently from the transaction amount. Payment providers may charge processing fees that are separate from any fee shown in the cashier.

7.2 You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, levies or duties that may arise from your use of the Services or receipt of winnings under the tax laws that apply to you.

7.3 Where currency conversion is required, conversion will occur at the exchange rate applied by our service providers or internal systems at the time of the transaction. Any conversion costs applied by banks or payment providers are your responsibility.

7.4 If a deposit or withdraw is subject to reversal or chargeback, we may recover the amount of the reversal from your account together with any administrative costs we reasonably incur in processing the matter.

8. Refunds and chargebacks

8.1 Refunds of deposits will be considered where appropriate, for example when no bets have been placed using the deposited funds and the relevant payment network permits a refund. Refunds may be reduced by any processing fees imposed by payment providers.

8.2 If you initiate a chargeback, reversal or complaint with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account, void any related winnings and recover the disputed amount. You must cooperate with any investigation we carry out in relation to a chargeback.

8.3 Repeated chargebacks or misuse of refund mechanisms will be treated as abuse and may lead to permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to law enforcement and financial institutions.

8.4 In cases where a payment is mistakenly credited to your account, you must notify us immediately and we will rectify the error. We may debit your account for amounts incorrectly credited.

9. Bonuses and promotions

9.1 All bonuses, free spins, promotions and loyalty rewards ("Bonuses") are governed by these Terms and by the separate Bonus Terms and any specific promotional rules published for each offer. The Bonus Terms set out eligibility, wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, expiry, maximum bet limits when betting with bonus funds and other important conditions.

9.2 Only one active bonus may be claimed at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in the Bonus Terms. We will apply the order of precedence set out in the Bonus Terms where multiple promotions are available.

9.3 We may withhold, forfeit or cancel Bonuses and any winnings derived from them if we reasonably suspect bonus abuse, circumvention, collusion, use of multiple accounts, use of stolen payment instruments, manipulation or any behaviour intended to defeat the spirit or mechanics of the promotion.

9.4 Abuse includes, but is not limited to, low-risk or hedged betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, transferring of bonus funds between accounts, or exploiting technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage.

9.5 We reserve the right to withdraw or alter any Bonus or promotional offer at any time. Material changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated in advance; however, changes to limited-time offers or outcomes of promotional draws may be made without prior notice where necessary.

9.6 If a Bonus is cancelled or reversed due to a breach, any associated funds credited as winnings may be deducted from your account balance. If the account balance is insufficient, you agree to repay the negative balance on demand.

9.7 Disputes concerning Bonuses will be resolved in accordance with the Bonus Terms and these Terms. Decisions on Bonus matters made by us following an investigation are final and binding, subject to applicable law and dispute resolution provisions contained in these Terms.

9.8 Sportsbook promotions are subject to the Sports Betting Rules which set out market eligibility, bet acceptance, settlement rules and other sport-specific provisions. Where the Sports Betting Rules and the Bonus Terms both apply to a promotional sportsbook offer, both documents apply and any conflict will be resolved in favour of the document specific to the activity in question.

10. Game rules, odds and settlement

10.1 Games and sporting markets are provided subject to the rules applicable to each game or market. Specific game rules are determined by the game vendor or the Sports Betting Rules, as applicable. For casino games, the paytables and in-game rules govern outcomes; for sports bets the market description and settlement rules in the Sports Betting Rules apply.

10.2 All bets are accepted subject to system availability, acceptance policies and risk limits. Odds and prices shown on the website are indicative until a bet is accepted. Once accepted, the bet stands at the accepted odds.

10.3 We use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and industry-standard game engines supplied by recognised providers. Game fairness is underpinned by independent testing at the provider level and regular monitoring.

10.4 We reserve the right to void bets and bets placed in error where material mistakes occur (for example, incorrect odds or technical faults), or where events are cancelled, abandoned or postponed in a manner inconsistent with the Sports Betting Rules. Where a market or event is voided, stakes will be returned unless otherwise stated in the Sports Betting Rules.

10.5 Winnings will be paid according to the accepted stake and odds, subject to any applicable bonus conditions, wagering requirements and these Terms. We will not be liable for discrepancies arising from third-party feeds or errors beyond our reasonable control.

10.6 You acknowledge that internet delays, connectivity failures, device issues or other technical problems can impact your play. We are not responsible for bets placed as a result of such issues where the bet acceptance process behaved in accordance with these Terms and the Sports Betting Rules.

11. Account restrictions, suspension and termination

11.1 We may restrict, suspend, close or terminate your account and withhold or deduct funds where we have reasonable grounds to believe you have breached these Terms, provided false information, committed fraud, engaged in chargebacks, participated in bonus abuse, or are otherwise acting contrary to the integrity of the Services.

11.2 Account actions taken under clause 11.1 will be proportionate and, where appropriate, preceded by notice. Where immediate action is necessary to prevent loss or fraud, we may take action without prior notice.

11.3 If your account is suspended or closed, we will notify you and explain any steps you must take to resolve the matter where appropriate. You must cooperate with any investigation and provide requested information promptly.

11.4 If your account is closed by you or by us, you remain responsible for any outstanding obligations (including negative balances) and any bets or transactions placed prior to closure. We will process any eligible withdrawal in accordance with these Terms after resolution of verification and compliance matters.

11.5 We will not unreasonably withhold legitimate funds. Any decision to withhold or confiscate funds will be taken in accordance with these Terms, applicable policies and relevant law, and you will be informed of the rationale for such action.

12. Security, privacy and data protection

12.1 We employ reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal and financial information. Details of how we collect, process and store your data, and your rights in respect of that data, are set out in our Privacy Policy.

12.2 By registering and providing personal information you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of personal data for purposes related to account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance and marketing (where you have provided consent). We may also share information with service providers, payment processors, regulators and law enforcement where required.

12.3 You must not attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach any security or authentication measures. Any such activity will be treated as fraudulent and reported to the appropriate authorities.

12.4 We are not responsible for the security of information transmitted over the internet or stored on your device. You should take steps to protect your device and credentials, such as using strong passwords and avoiding public Wi-Fi when accessing your account.

13. Responsible gambling

13.2 If you choose to use limits or self-exclusion features, any change to limits may be subject to a cooling-off period during which decreases take effect immediately but increases are delayed. We may also impose limits on accounts where there are indications of problem gambling or vulnerability.

13.3 You agree to seek help if gambling causes you harm and to make use of the resources and support options provided. Persistent or problematic gambling behaviour may lead us to impose protective restrictions on your account.

13.4 We will consider requests for self-exclusion and permanent account closure and will treat such requests seriously. Self-exclusion will prevent further play and deposits for the duration specified and will be applied in accordance with our internal policies and applicable law.

14. Complaints and dispute resolution

14.2 We will acknowledge receipt of a complaint and endeavour to resolve it within a reasonable time. If you remain dissatisfied after our internal complaints process has been exhausted, you may be entitled to pursue independent dispute resolution in accordance with applicable law and the dispute resolution mechanism relevant to the jurisdiction in which we are licensed.

14.3 During any complaint investigation we may place temporary holds on accounts and transactions to protect the interests of all parties. Final decisions will be taken in good faith, based on available evidence and applicable rules.

15. Liability and indemnity

15.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for any liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law.

15.2 Subject to clause 15.1, our liability to you for losses arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to direct, proven financial loss and will be excluded in respect of indirect, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business or goodwill.

15.3 We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. We shall not be liable for losses caused by third-party actions, force majeure events, system failures, internet connectivity issues or errors attributable to game providers.

15.4 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any breach by you of these Terms, fraudulent activity by you, or your failure to comply with applicable laws.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction specified in our licence conditions, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

16.2 Where alternative dispute resolution or regulatory complaint procedures are available, those procedures will be described in the relevant section of the website and communicated to you as appropriate.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Assignment: We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to an affiliated company or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.

17.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17.3 Waiver: Failure by us to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
